Zusammenfassung:The dissolution of concentrated ozone in water at liquid and gas counter-flows has been studied. It was shown that the ozone flow rate can be increased from 0.042 cm 3 /s cm 2 (flotation treatment of water with ozone) to 3.6 cm 3 /s cm 2 (counter-flow). A scheme of counter-mixing of ozone in gas with water without using flotation technology was suggested. The optimum ratio of ozone carrier gas to water was found to be 1 : 3. The ozone concentration at the reactor outlet was 8 mg/dm 3 (4%), and the concentration of ozone dissolved in water reached 45 mg/dm 3 . A scheme of a unit for counter-mixing of ozone in gas with water was proposed.
