Zusammenfassung:Dr Haghighat et al. propose that the USPSTF proactively target health inequities by recommending the SEPT9 DNA test for colorectal cancer screening. The USPSTF appreciates the authors's interest in addressing health inequities and shares this same commitment. The USPSTF recently published a Viewpoint on how we plan to address systemic racism through clinical preventive service recommendations. Our Recommendation Statement on colorectal cancer screening describes the concerning disproportionate burden of colorectal cancer experienced by Black, American Indian, and Alaska Native adults.
