Zusammenfassung: | Silicon-containing arylether arylacetylene resin is a kind of high-performance resins with good processabilities, mechanical properties and heat-resistance, but a shortcoming in mechanical properties at high temperatures. To address this problem, the reactions between a terminal alkyne compound and an inner alkyne compound were investigated and the results show that the terminal acetylene group could react with the inner acetylene group, which leads to the increase in the reaction extent of the inner acetylene group. The terminal alkyne compound was introduced into a silicon-containing arylether arylacetylene resin to further investigated the effect of reactions among acetylene groups. As a result, when the content of terminal acetylene group reaches about 70% in a blended resin, the reaction extent of the inner acetylene groups reaches 68.7%, and the flexural strength of the blended resin at 300 ℃ raises up to 34.6 MPa and increases by 242.5% as compared with the silicon-containing arylether arylacetylene resin without the terminal alkyne compound. |
