Zusammenfassung:This work is devoted to predicting the average accident rate on public roads. At the physical experimental range of the Department of General and Applied Physics of Vladimir State University (VSU) monitoring of the Earth’s electromagnetic fields, meteorological data and radiation background is carried out. Research is being conducted to assess the relationship of road traffic accidents (RTA) in the Vladimir region with geo-and heliophysical characteristics. The use of neural networks made it possible to solve certain problems of predicting road accidents and to take into account the influence of solar activity on the value of the predicted parameter.
