Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we consider the question of the plane electromagnetic wave incidence at the inhomogeneity with an arbitrary profile of the relative permittivity disturbance. Module estimation of Neumann series remainder is carried out for the field of the wave passing through the nonhomogeneous section. Based on that, the number of summands in the series, required to calculate with a given accuracy, the transmission and reflection coefficients have been determined.
