Simulation of a Pyroelectric Receiver of Photodetecting System for an Earth Orientation Device

The model being suggested dwells on the process of radiation power being converted into electrical power in a photodetector. The paper includes a comparison between two different variations of the model of the photodetector radiation sensor as well as the frequency characteristics of the system.
