Zusammenfassung: | A quality of received signal in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) depends, among the other, on the correct use of radiofrequency (RF) coils. The problem of quality decrease is especially relevant when scanning children, because in some cases, coils of unsuitable size or position are used. In this work, we demonstrated that the position of the abdominal coil affects the presence of signal-to-noise homogeneity. Based on the results of the work, it is reasonable to give recommendations to children's clinics on the correct use of radio frequency coils. |
