Zusammenfassung: | The ground state energy properties of weak-coupling polarons in single-layer transition metal chalcogenides (TMDs) under the action of a magnetic field are studied by using the method of combining LLP unitary transformation and linear combination operator , Obtained the dependence of the ground state energy of the weak-coupling polaron in the single-layer transition metal chalcogenide compound on the magnetic field, the Debye cutoff wave number (DW) of the phonon, the internal distance and the intrinsic polarizability parameters. It shows that the ground state energy of the weak-coupling polaron of the single-layer transition metal chalcogenide compound is an increasing function of the applied magnetic field and intrinsic polarizability parameters, the Debye cutoff wave number of the phonon and the decreasing function of the internal distance. |
