Zusammenfassung:This work gives an analysis of the coating obtained by electro-spark alloying using TiCNiCr electrode regarding their composition, structure, morphology, roughness, and mechanical properties. Tribological properties were studied by pin-on-disk test against different counterparts without lubricant. Soft materials like Cu, 100Cr6 steel are not damaging the coating and hard materials are either a good couple like with WC-Co, or characterized by a aggressive wear like with SiC, Si3N4, Al2O3. Detailed microscopic investigations of the tracks were done after tribo-tests.
