Zusammenfassung:In this paper we have investigated the properties of the MnSi ferromagnetic layer grown on a semi-insulating GaAs (100) substrate by pulsed laser deposition method. Basing on the analysis of the temperature and magnetic-field dependencies of the Hall voltage and magnetization, as well as on analysis of the electron paramagnetic resonance spectra, it was shown that the manganese silicide film with Mn content of about 45 % is ferromagnetic with a Curie temperature of ∼ 370 K.
