Zusammenfassung: | In this work the results of numerical simulation of the motion of a free rising air bubble in the water are presented. The calculations were performed for bubbles with different diameters in the range from 1 to 10 mm. Calculated parameters of the trajectory and the average rising velocity were compared with the experimental data. The vortex flow behind the bubble was analyzed. Multidirectional circulations were found. The imbalance between these circulations causes the vertical deviation in the trajectory. |
