Zusammenfassung:With the rapid development of electronic industryelectromagnetic radiation issue has become an inevitably major problem in the industry. At present, LCD have been used in the display scene for various industries, while near‐field radiation issue will occur during the period when LCD is working, In this paper, a co‐simulation method based on SIwave + Designer is proposed to get the simulated result ofnear‐field radiation for both LCD module and driving circuit PCBA, so as to obtain a more optimized design scheme based on the radiation intensity result. The main steps of this method are as follow: import the design file into SI‐Wave, add simulation ports, get s parameters, then import model from SI‐wave into designer, add the actual excitation source, and then return to SIwave to analyze the real radiation distribution. At the same time, the intensity and distribution ofradiation for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) are measured by high‐precision probe to verify the effectiveness of the simulation method and the accuracy of the simulation model by comparing the simulation and measured result. In particular, this method is also a general radiation simulation method, which can be extended to the radiation simulation research ofvarious industries.
