Zusammenfassung:A new Micro‐LED backplane structure with metal reflective layer and color filter has been proposed to improve the luminous efficiency. We have simulated the influence of different parameters on efficiency. In addition, we put it in high temperature and high humility environment and the results show that this structure has good stability.
