Corrections to "Electrical Characteristics of Vertical GaN Nanowire Vacuum Field Emitter Devices" [Jun 21 3034-3039]

In the above article [1] , the units of the y-axis in Fig. 4(a) should be kA/cm 2 instead of A/cm 2 . The figure with the correct units is presented here.
