Zusammenfassung: | 18 PBS prepared by modified method showed evenly distributed red blood cells and scattered WBCs without Rouleaux formation against 11 in controls which was statistically significant (P = 0.031) (P < 0.05). Finger pricking was done under all aseptic precaution. 0.9% NaCl was sucked in white blood cell (WBC) pipette up to two markings and blood was sucked up to five marking and then transferred and placed about 1 cm away from one end of clean glass slide followed by thorough mixing with the pipette end. 18 PBS by present method showed evenly distributed red blood cells and scattered WBCs without Rouleaux formation against 11 in controls (P = 0.031) (< 0.05) which was statistically significant [Table 2]. |
