Zusammenfassung:We propose a 12‐to‐5 V DC‐DC converter using a low‐temperature co‐fired ceramic (LTCC)‐based multi‐layer circuit technology. The converter using seven‐layer LTCC includes an embedded metal layout strategy to achieve noise mitigation. The measured efficiency and maximum output ripple noise of the proposed converter prototype were 96.18% and 73.75 mVpp, respectively. From the result of electromagnetic interference test, the proposed converter satisfied the IEC61000‐6‐3 Class B standard. © 2021 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
