Zusammenfassung:In the paper the mathematical problem of defining the scope of pilot test is stated, which is a task of quadratic programming. The procedure of the problem solving includes the method of network programming based on the structurally similar network representation of the criterion and constraints and which reduces the original problem to a sequence of simpler evaluation tasks. The evaluation tasks are solved by the method of dichotomous programming.
