Zusammenfassung: | A microprocessor supervisory circuit with high efficiency and low power consumption is proposed and implemented using a mixed 0.35-μm CMOS process. With a novel reference voltage circuit and an additional voltage detection circuit, the precision of the threshold voltage and the efficiency of the reset signal are improved. With a turn-off control circuit, the current supply is reduced. As the simulation and experiment on ten package samples shown, the threshold voltage is about 2.91 V with the precision of 5.97%. In the power voltage range of 3 V to 6 V, the reset time is 235.5 ms with the precision of 4.1%, the supply current is about 10 μA, and the chip area is 510 μm × 560 μm. Thus, the proposed microprocessor supervisory circuit is superior performance in precision of the threshold voltage, the efficiency of reset time and low supply current. |
