Zusammenfassung: | The effect of accompanying heating of the machining area on the stress-strain state of butt welded joints with AMg6 alloy after electrodynamic treatment has been investigated. To assess the initial residual stress state of the welded plates, they were made without electrodynamic processing. The latter was carried out for such plates at room and elevated temperatures, which ensured the thermal deformation of Amg6 alloy in the treatment zone. After welding and cooling of the specimens, the longitudinal component of the residual welding stresses in the central cross-section of the plates was measured by electron speckle interferometry. It was measured again after electrodynamic treatment. Thermal influence on specimens was carried out with the help of a technological hairdryer, and temperature of accompanying heating was controlled with the infrared thermometer. It was found that such processing of the center of welded joint in conditions of its accompanying heating is more effective for the regulation of residual stresses in the center of the weld and less effective – along the fusion line compared to processing without heating. |
