Zusammenfassung: | The analysis of transverse electromagnetic forces acting on the edges of thin conductors during the flow of large impulse currents is carried out. Using the obtained analytical solutions and numerical modeling, the dependence of these forces on the current rise time to the maximum, configuration, and relative position of the conductors is demonstrated. The studies were carried out for single-wire and multiwire systems of flat conductors with current rise time variation within wide limits. It is shown that, when the current distribution changes from uniform to the corresponding ideal conductivity, the forces decrease by no more than two times. It is also shown that, in a number of cases in the system conductor-ideally conducting screens-there is no dependence of the transverse forces acting on the edges of the conductor on the frequency of the current. |
