= 67, fundamental number was 70. The special karyotype consisted of 2 large metacentric, 1 large submetacentric, 13 large telocentric, 18 medium telocentric and 31 small telocentric chromosomes. The X-chromosome was large telocentric chromosome and Y-chromosome was small acrocentric chromosome. The amount of GTG-banding pattern on a set of haploid number (

) in the hybrid were 261 bands. The GTG-banding comparison of hybrid deer and the parents has been shown with the deduced karyotype formula as: 2
