Zusammenfassung: | Polyurethane cement composite (PUC) has the characteristics of low density and strong bending and tensile strength. Firstly, the composition of PUC is introduced and analyzed. Then, the preparation method of PUC is proposed. It is found that molding time of PUC sample can be adjusted by catalyst, and the key step is drying and dehydration of cement during the preparation process. Finally, PUC specimens with four mixture ratios are prepared according to proposed preparation method, and compressive and bending tests are carried out. Test results show that, PUC has ductility and toughness; with mixture ratio decreasing, strength changes with a little range, but elastic modulus increases. |
