Zusammenfassung:Weber’s syndrome is a midbrain lesion characterized by ipsilateral oculomotor nerve palsy with contralateral hemiparesis or hemiplegia, commonly due to vascular infarct involving paramedian branches of posterior cerebral artery or basilar bifurcation perforating branches. In this case report, we have discussed about a young man who presented with penetrating injury by valve of tyre tube to the right nostril following which he had right side epistaxis with ipsilateral ophthalmoplegia and ptosis with contralateral hemiparesis. Computed tomography evaluation showed presence of sphenoidal bony fragment impinging the midbrain. Patient was managed conservatively. To our best knowledge, traumatic Weber’s syndrome is very rare.
