Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to promote and revitalise quality control by efficiently separating impurities from recycled fine aggregates and soil. To meet this end, equipment that can apply the impact of a rotor hammer and multi-stage wind pressure was developed. Furthermore, the applicability of this equipment to recycled soil and fine aggregate was examined by testing their physical properties. The results confirmed that it is possible to apply the equipment to recycled soil and fine aggregates while satisfying all regulations. Additionally, concrete properties such as slump, air content, compressive strength, and drying shrinkage, by mixing ratio, of the recycled fine aggregates were tested, and it was proved that up to 60% of the recycled fine aggregates could be used at a compression strength of 27 MPa. |
