5‐1: Invited Paper: LTPS TFT Full Color MicroLED Display with Redundant Pixel Design and Covering Micro‐Reflector Array

LTPS TFT full color microLED displays have been developed by incorporating a redundant pixel design to increase the yield of the display, and a covering micro‐reflector array for outcoupling the light emitted from microLEDs has also been proposed.
