Zusammenfassung:The results of comparative studies of the exhaustion of the activities of a powder mixture during its repeated use in diffusion coating deposition onto the turbine blades of a gas turbine engine are presented. The causes of decreasing the activity of the powder mixture depending on the initial aluminum content in it are considered. Methods for restoring the activity of mixtures by mixing them with a fresh mixture and by adding pure aluminum powder are proposed. The restoring of the activity of a mixture during its repeated use is analyzed.
