The role of annealing (503 and 593 K for 2 h) has also been taken into account to investigate the structural, microstructural, and infrared transmission properties. X-ray diffraction study has revealed that on annealing there is an origin of hexagonal Te and orthorhombic GeSe
2
microcrystals which are further supported by scanning electron microscopy. |
