Methodological aspects of introscopic study by x-ray analysis of internal defects of food grain during storage

It is shown that internal defects of food grains can be determined by X-ray. A methodology for microfocus radiography using modern equipment has been developed. The methodology makes it possible to identify and quantify defective grain with internal (hidden) defects in wheat lots.
