Zusammenfassung:Aim: This study was conducted to find out intercultural sensitivity levels of nurses and the factors influencing these levels. Method: This descriptive study was conducted between September 1 and November 15, 2019 with 156 nurses who were not in their leave period and who agreed to participate in the study from nurses working in all units of the health practice and research centre of a university in Black Sea region. The data in the study were collected with face-to-face interview technique by using descriptive information form which included 23 items developed by the researchers in line with the literature and Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS). SPSS package program (version 24.0) was used in the assessment of data. For data analysis, Independent t test, ANOVA, Tukey test, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test were used in addition to descriptive statistics. p
