Zusammenfassung:In article number 2101108, Haiyang Xie, Xianting Ding, and co‐workers report a single‐cell‐transfection analysis chip (scTAC) based on highly sensitive light‐fixed hydrogels. The scTAC is used for rapid, high‐throughput single‐cell screening of transfected cells by in situ immunoblotting methods to assess plasmid constructs and exogenous gene expression in host cells. The developed system is able to screen over 2000 transfected cells of six different transfection conditions within four hours on a single chip.
