Where A control - Absorbance of the control, A1 extract- Absorbance of the sample In Vitro Anti-Inflammatory Activity: Egg Albumin Denaturation Method: The anti-inflammatory activity of the methanol and petroleum ether plant extracts was determined using the egg albumin denaturation method. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Analysis: The crude extracts obtained from Annona reticulata containing different compounds were subjected to GCMS analysis. The carrier gas used here was helium with constant flow rate 1mL/min, mass transfer line and source temperature were set at 240°C. For spectral analysis, turbo mass version 5.4.2 software was used.
