Zusammenfassung:	Ureterocele is characterized by the congenital cystic dilatation of the distal ureter. Its association with duplex system is uncommon and presents in infantile age group with urinary tract infection. Adult ureterocele is usually seen in single system and poses a diagnostic challenge due to its rarity. We present a 24- year adult male with right complete duplex system with upper moiety obstructing ureterocele managed with trans ureteral incision.
