Zusammenfassung:The paper analysed and assessed the impact of restructuring on corporate productivity. Quantitative research methods are used to analyse a data set of Vietnam textile and garment enterprises during 2009-2018 period. The empirical results show that corporate restructuring has a positive impact on corporate productivity. From there, contributing to effective solutions for enterprises in order to improve corporate productivity.
