Zusammenfassung:The wear of running wheel and the load of guide wheel can be reduced when the bogie of monorail vehicle passes through the curve at the radial position.Based on the geometric relationship of the auxiliary guiding device of the straddle-type monorail and the mechanical characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic Spring,the analytical relationship between the torque generated by the auxiliary guiding device and the yaw angle between the bogie and the vehicle body is derived.In addition,the mechanical model of vehicle steady-state curve passing with auxiliary steering device is established.The condition that the auxiliary steering device can make the bogie in the radial position on the circular curve is analyzed,and the verification model of straddle-type monorail vehicle is established by using multi-body dynamics software.The theoretical analysis and model simulation show that when the reasonable pre-pressure of the hydraulic spring is selected,the output moment of the auxiliary steering device and the rotation moment of the secondary suspension can be offset each other.At this time,the yaw angle of the running part is close to zero,and the bogie can be placed in the radial position on the circular curve.
