Zusammenfassung: | The possibility of improving the properties of cement materials through the use of limestone and thermoactivated clays additives is considered. It has been established that the optimal content of limestone and clays in the composition should not exceed 10% and 15% by cement weight, respectively. Structural transformations in the phase composition of the cement matrix at various stages of hardening have been established by the methods of X-ray phase analysis and electron microscopy. It has been proven that the additives used affect the structure formation process over the entire hardening interval, due to which such properties as strength, water resistance and corrosion resistance of the composite material can be improved by 30-50%. |
