Zusammenfassung:In this paper, for alloys: FeCu 0,2 Nb 3 Si 16,5 B 6 , FeCu 1 Nb 3 Si 16 B 6 , FeCu 1,5 Nb 3 Si 16,5 B 6 inhomogeneity of structure in thickness is shown with using scanning and transmission electron microscopy, crystalline phases are determined. It is noted that a multiphase magnetic structure is observed in an alloy with a low copper content upon complete crystallization.
