Zusammenfassung: | Soil microorganisms play the role of decomposers and consumers in the ecosystem, and microbial diversity can reflect soil characteristics to a certain extent. The research on soil microbial diversity mainly includes the following four aspects: species diversity, structural diversity, functional diversity and genetic diversity. In the past, due to the limitation of technology and other reasons, the traditional methods to study soil microorganisms were too simple to fully reflect the structure of soil microbial community. At present, the second generation of sequencing technology, high-throughput sequencing, is favored by researchers because of its high integrity and accuracy, and has become one of the main methods to study soil microorganisms. |
