Zusammenfassung:The effective charge parameter of 7Li, 12C and 16O ions have been calculated in aluminum, silver, gold, polypropylene and polycarbonate foils by using the experimental data of stopping power compiled by the Nuclear Data Section of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). These measured values have been compared with those calculate based on theoretical formulation of Brandt-Kitagawa modified by Ziegler, Biersack and Littmark (BK-ZBL), Anthony-Lanford expression and CasP 5.2 code values in the energy range 0.4 MeV/n to 5.25 MeV/n for 7Li, to 6.25MeV/n for 12C and to 9.44MeV/n for16O. We have obtained a global fit equation, which reproduced well the experimental data of effective charge parameter.
