Zusammenfassung: | As a hot research direction, the nutrition and quality safety of sea rice processing products are also very important. The contents of trace elements and heavy metals in three kinds of sea rice wine were studied in order to provide scientific basis for further processing of sea water rice wine. The order of content in three kinds of sea rice wine is K>Mg>Na > Ca > Mn > Fe > Zn > Sr > Se. The content of Microelements in rice wine > yellow wine > white wine is closely related to the processing technology of various kinds of wine. It can be seen from the above conclusions that rice wine has the highest micronutrient nutrition, while liquor has the lowest micronutrient nutrition. The main functional component of liquor is ethanol. This is very similar to previous studies. The content of five heavy metals in three kinds of sea rice wine is very low. |
