Zusammenfassung:A convenient stepwise synthesis of substituted 3-thiocyanatopyrazolo[1,5- a ]pyrimidines under mild conditions using available reagents and solvents was proposed. A number of these compounds were found to possess pronounced and selective antifungal activity, which is comparable or superior to the activity of the antifungal drugs amphotericin B and fluconazole.
