Zusammenfassung:The all-inorganic CsPbX3 (X=Br, Cl and I) perovskites have attracted considerate attention because of their potential and promising applications in optoelectronic devices. Herein, all-inorganic CsPbBr3 thin films were fabricated by a solution-processed synthesis at low temperature. For the photodetector fabrication, the all-inorganic perovskite films were utilized interdigital patterned gold electrodes and photoconductive detectors were obtained. The detailed structural properties showed that these as-prepared films were typical CsPbBr3 perovskite structure by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS) technique. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) suggested that the surface of CsPbBr3 thin films was dense and smooth. And the as-fabricated films appeared photoluminescence emission at around 525 nm. Moreover, the as-constructed CsPbBr3-based photodetector exhibited faster photoresponse characteristics of short decay time (0.213 s) and rise time (0.233 s). As a key basis of merit, quick response speed is supposed to originate from the fast extraction and efficient generation of photoinduced charge carriers as well as small leakage current, which not only suggests that all-inorganic CsPbBr3 is a promising material for photodetector application, but also provides a low-cost and simple method for visible-light optoelectronic sensor application.
