Zusammenfassung:NLT (Nail-Laminated Timber) fabricated with dimension lumber tightly nailed together and widely used in North American countries is one of mass timber materials. In order to utilize this　material in Japan, a manufacturing and the design methods were developed in this research. Full-scale tests were conducted to verify the design method and obtained satisfactory results that the experimental values of the stiffness and the ultimate strength were a little higher than the calculated values.
