Zusammenfassung:The processes of formation of (0001)BaFe 12 O 19 films on sapphire with the ferromagnetic easy axis directed along the normal to the substrate have been investigated. Propagation of a high-energy electron beam upon interaction with a (0001)BaFe 12 O 19 film has been studied depending on the angle of incidence of the beam. Deviation of the grazing electron beam by the magnetic field of the (0001)BaFe 12 O 19 film is demonstrated. It is shown that the presence of the (0001)BaFe 12 O 19 film on sapphire induces redistribution of cathodoluminescence in it with a dominant red shift. No film-induced radiation has been observed in the experiment.
