Page 542, the sentence under Fig. 3 should read as follows: According to Fig. 3, the maximum radiation response is 2 × 10 9 V/W, which is 2.5 times greater than that at approximately the same power absorbed by the detector, but given in [3] at a substrate temperature of 0.2 K.
