Zusammenfassung:While developing new approaches to the design of biologically active compounds based on 1,2,4-triazole, a number of new hydrazones containing pharmacologically active benzofuran, 5-methylbenzofuran, 1,2,4-triazole, pyridine, indole, and 1,3-benzodioxole fragments were synthesized in alcoholic medium in the absence of a catalyst. The effect of the synthesized compounds on the tumor DNA methylation level was studied, and inhibitory activity of some hybrid heterocyclic hydrazones containing a 1,2,4-triazole ring against DNA methylation was revealed for the first time.
