Zusammenfassung:A description and general information about the modular converter device (MCD) is given. Analysis is presented for the modes of operation of an electrical network with a distorting load and MCD is provided when changing the network topology. Adescription of the MCD control system is given. The necessity of the availability of an adaptive tuning loop for an MCD guidance system is shown. The high-speed performance of the MCD is shown.
