Zusammenfassung:Using TLC and HPLC, we revealed the presence of hydroxycinnamic acids in the fruits of common cranberry ( Vaccinium oxycoccos L.) and large-fruited cranberry ( Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.). Chlorogenic acid is predominant among them. The quantitative determination of hydroxycinnamic acids in terms of chlorogenic acid is carried out by spectrophotometric analysis.
