Zusammenfassung: | Exergy efficiency is an indication of how close a system or process to ideal conditions. Economy and exergy analysis of a modern propeller gas turbine engine is provided by using exergoeconomic methodology to identify the real cost sources. Analysis is accomplished at dynamic torques between 240 and 630 Nm. Dynamic exergy parameters of the engine main components (i.e. compressor, combustion chamber, gas generator and power turbines) are calculated by complex exergetic, energetic and performance equations with measured engine parameters. So, exergoeconomic evaluation is based on the calculated exergy parameters. At the end of the study, it is yielded that gas generator turbine has the highest exergy cost rate of 102.46 USD/hr, while combustion chamber has the lowest exergy cost rate of 38.81 USD/hr. |
