This algorithm is accelerated by taking advantage of high parallel features of GPU, and applied to video compression under distributed video coding framework. The experiment results show that our parallel algorithm achieves 2.3× to 30.3× speedup ratio under 256 to 2048 codeword length and 69.21× to 78.31× speedup ratio under 16,384 codeword length than sequential algorithm. |
