Zusammenfassung:Eco-Assets are natural resources that produce and provide ecological products and services. Taking the national key ecological function area and counties-Pingbian Miao Autonomous County as an example, the indicators and methods of county ecological asset accounting are studied, and ecological assets are integrated. Index, balance sheet and profit and loss statement, carry out the calculation of the physical amount of ecological assets in Pingbian County, in order to effectively reflect the changes in the physical volume of the ecosystem and the effect of ecological compensation, and analyze the causes and trends of changes in the ecological assets of Pingbian County in combination with ecological compensation. The ecological compensation policy and the audit of outgoing cadres provide technical support. The results show that: (1) Pingbian County's ecological asset accounting can be divided into forests, shrubs, grasslands, wetland natural ecosystems and farmland, towns and desert artificial ecosystems. Accounting. (2) In 2015, the ecological asset index of Pingbian County was 1.09, with forests and shrubs occupying the main position, and the sum of the two accounted for 95.48% of the ecological assets of the year. Over the past 15 years, the comprehensive ecological asset index of Pingbian County has decreased by 16.48% Among them, the forest and grassland decreased significantly, decreasing by 20.10% and 6.67%, respectively, and the wetland index increased by 57.11%. (3) Since 2000, ecological protection projects and urban expansion have been the main reasons for changes in ecological assets, and ecological compensation investment has continued to increase This provides a guarantee for the smooth construction and implementation of ecological protection projects. This study shows that the existing land use data and ecological environment monitoring data can basically support the accounting of ecological assets in the county, and the changes in the ecological assets of the county can reflect the effectiveness of the implementation of the ecological protection project. It also provides an important basis for the implementation of the audit of the natural resource assets of leading cadres and provides scientific support for the ecological compensation policy.
